Agreement to the Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement entered into between you, either personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and e-oregano.gr (“we”, “us”, “our” or “our company »), regarding your access to and use of the website https://www.e-oregano.gr as well as any other, media format, media channel, mobile website or mobile applications related, connected or connected to it (collectively, the “Site”). The information provided on the website is not intended for distribution or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation or which would subject us to any registration requirement therein jurisdiction or country.

Provided that you are eligible to use the Website, you are granted a limited license to access and use the Website and to download or print a copy of any portion of the content to which you have properly accessed solely for your personal, non-commercial use. USER REGISTRATION

You may be asked to register on the website. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, challenge or change a username you choose if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene or otherwise objectionable.

PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications and details of the products available on the website. However, we do not warrant that the colors, features, specifications and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current or free of other errors and that your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.

All products are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee that products will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue/delete any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit card via Viva Wallet, cash on delivery (only valid for Greece) and bank transfer (after contacting us). You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the Site. You further agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including your email address, payment method and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax or VAT will be added to the price of purchases as deemed necessary by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments will be in Euros.

You agree to pay all charges at the rates applicable to your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment provider for such amounts when placing your order.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in billing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Website. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders using the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole discretion, appear to have been placed by merchants, resellers or distributors.

Customs and import taxes

If you order from us outside the EU, there may be import duties and taxes that you need to pay to receive your parcel. These charges are usually incurred when the order arrives at the delivery address and you will be responsible for paying them.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their costs. For more information, please contact your local customs office before placing your order. In addition, please note that we are not responsible for customs delays.

RETURN POLICY

You may return the products you have purchased, but we must be informed fourteen (14) days after receiving the order. The order must then be returned to us within fourteen (14) days of us being informed of the cancellation, however you will be responsible for the cost of returning the purchased items to us.

eturns are accepted when at least one of the following conditions apply as long as the product is unused, the product packaging is intact and undamaged, the return is for a malfunctioning product, or the product you received is not what you ordered.

We recommend that you return your products via registered delivery. Please clearly state on the invoice the reason for the return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Return postage is at your own cost and risk.

  5. Your Contributions do not constitute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, bulk mailings or other forms of solicitation.
  6. Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, rude, dirty, violent, harassing, defamatory, libelous or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
  7. Your contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate or abuse anyone.
  8. Your contributions do not advocate the violent overthrow of any government or incite, encourage or threaten physical harm against another.
  9. Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation or rule.
  10. Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
  11. Your Contributions do not contain material that solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or exploits persons under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner.
  12. Your Contributions do not violate any federal or state laws regarding child pornography or are otherwise intended to protect the health or welfare of minors.
  13. Your contributions do not include offensive comments related to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference or physical disability.
  14. Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these Terms of Use or any applicable law or regulation.

Any use of the Site in violation of the foregoing violates these Terms of Use and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the Site.

CONTRIBUTION PERMISSION

You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Site and you expressly agree to hold us harmless and refrain from any legal action against us with respect to your Contributions.

We have the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to (1) edit, correct or change in any way any Contribution; (2) to recategorize any Contributions to place them in more appropriate locations on the Site; and (3) to preselect or delete any Contributions at any time and for any reason, without notice. We have no obligation to monitor your Contributions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ASSESSMENTS

We may provide areas on the Site for you to leave reviews or ratings. When posting a review, you must comply with the following criteria:

You may disable the connection between the Site and your third-party account by contacting us using the contact information below or through your account settings (if applicable). We will attempt to delete any information stored on our servers and received through this third party account, except for the username and profile picture associated with your account.

SUBMISSIONS
